Time poor? Train early in the morning

Finding it hard to get to the gym? Try breaking your habit and getting up early in the morning. It will be hard to begin with but you will find a more fulfilling day has been accomplished. Morning sessions have there benfits, testoterone is highest in the morning, therefore a better time to be lifting weights, all though make sure you have an adequate warm up as our spines are more susetable to damage first thing out of bed.
